Who we are looking for

We are looking for a Project Manager, Officer, reporting directly to the Project Management Team Manager. You will coordinate project planning and execution and ensure that overall project deliverables are completed on time and within budget.

What you will be responsible for

As a Project Manager, Officer, you will:

• Manage projects through the complete life cycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and controlling, and closing.
• Take responsibility for all project areas, with particular focus on scope, time and resource management.
• Coordinate project planning and execution with the Project Team, subject matter experts, stakeholders, sponsors, the Project Management Office and the Programmer Director.
• Manage organizational change, including tracking and responding to user feedback on changes and the implementation process.
• Maintain overall responsibility for project execution and follow-up until the product is implemented and utilized.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

• Higher education in a relevant area such as Business, Finance or Information Technology.
• Three to five years of relevant experience in Financial Services and/or implementation-related work.
• Knowledge of Project Management Institute standards; PMI certification will be a considerable advantage.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
• Fluent spoken and written English.

Work Requirement

• Work location: Gdansk/ Krakow, Poland.
• Work must be performed in accordance with State Street Poland procedures and regulations currently hybrid modes is 3 days per week at the office

Minimum Salary:​

zł132 000 Annual

The minimum salary quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate ultimately works outside of this primary location, the applicable minimum salary may differ.​

Salary will be determined based on factors such as the position, type of work performed, individual skills, job description, working hours, diligence, initiative, self-management, length of employment, availability, and the quantity and quality of work delivered, as well as other objective and non-discriminatory criteria relevant to State Street employees.​

In addition to salary, employees are eligible to be considered for discretionary annual performance-based awards.​
