Key Responsibilities

• Governance & Methodology

  • Deploy and maintain project management processes, standards, and best practices.

  Financial Control & Profitability

  • Monitor project financial performance, including costs, revenues, margins, and forecasts.
  • Analyze variances between budget, actuals, and forecasts.
  • Identify financial risks and proactively raise alerts.
  • Contribute to profitability optimization and revenue protection.

  Project Performance & Delivery

  • Support project planning, including workload, resources, and milestones.
  • Track project progress and analyze deviations related to cost, schedule, quality, and risks.
  • Produce reliable, concise, and decision-oriented reporting.

  Coordination & Communication

  • Facilitate collaboration between operational teams, management, and clients.
  • Implement governance routines that promote cross-functional alignment.
  • Prepare and facilitate project review and governance meetings.

  Analysis & Data

  • Perform financial and operational analyses to support decision-making.
  • Leverage project data to identify performance improvement opportunities.
  • Develop and monitor key project performance indicators.

Candidate Profile

  The PMO's role primarily focuses on preparing, consolidating, and monitoring project data, ensuring data consistency, producing reports, tracking performance indicators, and managing project documentation.

  Responsibility for financial decisions, profitability management, and commitments related to project performance remains with the relevant project managers and business leaders.
