WHAT YOU WILL DO

As a Project Manager, you may be responsible for:

  • Leading cross-functional initiatives across business units such as Procurement, Marketing, Product Creation, and Employee Experience.
  • Managing timelines, resources, and deliverables from project initiation through completion.
  • Facilitating meetings, creating project documentation, and driving stakeholder alignment.
  • Supporting change management, process improvement, and strategic planning efforts.
  • Communicating project status, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

Depending on the assignment, you may work on:

  • Business process transformation and operational efficiency projects.
  • Strategic sourcing and supplier management initiatives.
  • Employee listening and engagement programs.
  • Studio operations and production workflow optimization.
  • Capacity planning and project portfolio management tool implementation.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

  • Professional project management experience (non-IT focus).
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Smartsheet, Airtable, Jira, Microsoft Office, and Keynote.
  • PMP or other project management certifications (preferred but not required).
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a collaborative mindset.
