Job Description

Summary: As a Project Manager, you are responsible for overseeing the installation of deposit-return machines across the Benelux, coordinating customers, production, service, marketing, logistics, and site owners. You manage project timelines, operational activities, risks, and administrative processes, while supporting additional sales opportunities and gathering customer feedback to improve future solutions. You also provide operational support to the Dutch SCM/Logistics team using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O).

Tasks:

  • Take responsibility for overseeing the installation projects of deposit-return machines across the Benelux.
  • Coordinate between the various parties, including the client, production teams (Germany and Romania), service team, marketing, and site owners.
  • Manage the project timeline and all required operational activities in accordance with the agreed arrangements.
  • Evaluate project and product risks and provide feedback to the Business Development team.
  • Coordinate with the Finance department to ensure correct administrative processing.
  • Play an important role in generating additional sales together with the Business Development team.
  • Gather direct customer feedback to support future improvements and adaptations to our machines.
  • Stay up to date with new product developments to ensure that we consistently deliver the highest level of service.
  • Provide additional operational support to the SCM/Logistics team in the Netherlands, using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O).

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or Assistant Project Manager, ideally in an international working environment.
  • You are a proactive problem-solver who remains calm under time pressure and is driven by customer satisfaction.
  • Practical knowledge of customer service, project management, and supply chain/logistics processes.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems like Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O), particularly within Supply Chain Management.

o Procurement & Sourcing: vendor management, RFQs, purchase orders, and procurement processes.

o Inventory Management: stock control, item management, and inventory transactions.

o Warehouse Management: receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory transfers.

o Sales Order Management: customer management, quotations, sales orders, and returns/RMA.

  • Experience with setting and monitoring KPIs, both internally and externally.
  • Clear in communication, focused, and patient.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English;
