Essential duties & responsibilities
Project Lifecycle and Logistics
Lead the team in the development of the project charter and management planDirect, manage, monitor, and control project. Evaluate tradeoffs withinprojectCommunicatechanges and adjustments to plan based on product,installor customer delays.
Lead forecasting, scheduling, and scoping for large volume projects
Directs project team to ensure engineering review documents and all project documents are uploaded to project plan.
Lead project through review process and organize task tracking for considerations outside of scope
Setsaccurateproject timelines whileeliminatingreturn trips due to scope changes and scope creep
Leads install scoping activitiesamong projectteams
Lead PLMmeetings andidentifyand outline scope as defined by sales,engineeringand customer needs
Responsible for assigning follow-upaction to stakeholder groups and holding them accountable for completion.
Advise customersand business partners onbestpossible schedulethat meets the needs of the customerand project team.
Estimate,acquireand assign project team resourcesDefine the role, responsibility, and deliverables for each team memberProvide direct feedback to functionalmanageron performance reviews
Lead scheduling discussions and considerneedsof all parties involved

Budget and Risk Management:

Identifiesrisk and organize resources to support specialized risk mitigation
Develop a risk management plan for the project.Identify,analyzeand understand project risks, develop andmonitora risk response plan.
Collaborate with supporting resources internally and externally to drive solutions in line
withour quality standards.
Collaborate with supervisor and/or project PM toestablishsub-project budgetLeads, monitors andmaintainscosts within budget.
Stakeholder Management:
Independently able to manageand communicate material preparation timelines to customers and internal business partners.
Consult customers through sitepreparedness andequipment receipt process
Leadscustomerkick off meetings forsmall and large scaleprojects
Coordinateswith customers, vendors andthird partymedical device companies
Meet with project stakeholders to understand and refine projectscope;review with manager for approvalCreate detailed Work Breakdown Structure.
Collaborate with sales partners todetermineand manage customer expectations for production and resource allocation.
Create project presentations materials anddevelopsinformational trackers for internal and external business partners
Lead customers through project lifecycle and share value proposition inpre POsituations
Develop a Stakeholder management plan for the project, based on the identification,analysisand understanding of Stakeholder expectations.
Develop and execute the communications management plan for project team and the needs of key stakeholders

Education & special trainings:
High school diplomaplus 6+ years of relevant work experience, or anAssociate’sdegree with4 years or aBachelor’sdegree.
PMP or equivalent preferred
Qualifications & experience:
4+ years ofrelevantproject management workexperience
