Business Unit Brazed and Fusion Bonded heat exchangersBU BFB, we are looking for a Project Manager responsible for New Product Development projects.You will ensure professional management of international projects across the entire Business Unit, reportingto Steering Committees,stakeholders,and linemanagersasappropriate Your colleagues arelocatedglobally, with a good part of themlocatedin Lund, Sweden.
Key responsibility for this role entail:
Drive New Product Development (NPD) Process on time, on specification and on budget.
Coordinate cross-functional teams (R&D, marketing, production, quality, procurement)
Define projectobjectives, timelines, budgets, resource requirements for NPD initiative
Monitor project process,identifyrisks, and implement corrective actions as needed
Facilitate communication among internal and external stakeholders
Ensure compliance with regulation and quality standards
Prepare reports and presentations for senior management
Make decisions and manage theallocatedresources, within given framework and budget
You will report to the Head of Research and Development, and you will be based at our HQ in Lund.
What you know
Bachelor´s or master’s degree in engineering
In depthknowledge of project management methodologies (e.g,TollGate,Agile,..)
Expertisein cost estimation and financial analysis
Advanceduser of MS Project
Strong risk management capability
Experience with Cost-Benefit Analysis (CBA)
Solid understanding of product development processes
Fluent in English, both written and spoken

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to navigate andoperatewithin complex international organizations
