About the Role
We are looking for a Project Manager to lead a strategic initiative focused on Network Observability Sensors and Smart Grid development
You will play a key role in modernizing energy distribution networks by enabling real-time monitoring, data collection, and analysis, contributing to a more intelligent and secure grid infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee the design and delivery of the project, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements
Manage scope, budget, timelines, and deliverables
Coordinate and lead a cross-functional project team
Ensure high-quality delivery aligned with organizational standards
Translate business needs into actionable project plans
Monitor risks, dependencies, and project performance
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
Ensure proper documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle
Required Skills & Experience (Must-Have)
Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Project Management
Proven experience in Operational Technology (OT) environments
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Fluent in French (CEFR C2 level)
Valid Driver's License (Category B)
Nice to Have

PMP Certification (Project Management Professional)
Experience in Distribution System Operators (DSO) or energy sector
Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project)
Project Context
This role supports the development of a Smart Grid ecosystem, aimed at improving network observability and energy flow monitoring.
Key initiatives include:
Deployment of smart meters at low-voltage (LV) prosumer level
Monitoring systems for medium-voltage (MV) renewable energy producers
Enhancing real-time visibility of network performance and security
Additional Information
Duration: Until November 2027 (with possible 18-month extension)
Workload: Full-time
Estimated: 330 working days
Work model: Hybrid (approx. 3 days on-site per week)
Locations: Liège & Ans, with travel across the network region
Selection based on 60% quality and 40% price
