Job Description

• Collaborate with the Project Lead, Owner, or Sponsor to drive strategic initiatives aligned with the organization's roadmap by supporting the development and execution of comprehensive project plans covering timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and dependencies.
• Support the end-to-end project lifecycle from requirements through implementation in line with project management methodologies, ensuring delivery within agreed cost, scope, schedule, and outcome, with clear baselines and traceability.
• Participate in pre-project planning, including effort estimation and team organization, while monitoring and tracking progress to ensure smooth and timely project execution.
• Analyze project dependencies to anticipate issues, maintain an issue register for resolution tracking, and stay informed on regulatory, technological, and threat trends to enhance risk management and compliance.
• Communicate project status, risks, and key decisions to stakeholders and senior management, fostering transparency, collaboration, and cross-functional alignment while managing internal and external partner relationships for on-time delivery.
• Identify and escalate potential risks, share risk management best practices, and regularly prepare and present management information and reports to support informed decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent, with over 7 years of experience in IT project management, particularly in network-related projects.
• Develop and drive end-to-end project execution through detailed planning including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and dependencies while fostering a collaborative, transparent, and accountable cross-functional team environment.
• Effectively communicate project status, risks, and decisions to stakeholders and senior management, backed by a strong track record in delivery management and steering projects to successful, on-time completion.
• Skilled in evaluating new network solutions and architectures for production readiness, with solid understanding of network security technologies including SD-WAN, firewalls, secure internet gateways, LAN/WLAN, SASE, NAC, and VPNs.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert to align technical solutions with business and system requirements, with experience managing full software development lifecycles and methodologies, especially waterfall.
• Brings deep expertise in project management and business analysis, with strong leadership skills in managing stakeholders and relationships in large-scale project environments.
• A confident and collaborative team leader with strong influencing abilities, and excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills that drive alignment and execution across teams.
