About the role

The Project Manager is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of strategic projects and continuous improvement initiatives within the contact centre, with a strong focus on leveraging available technology to drive digital transformation, AI, and self-service enablement. This role ensures that all initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business goals, performance targets, and customer experience outcomes.

The Project Manager plays a key role in driving innovation, managing risk, and ensuring that solutions are embedded effectively into operations for long-term success.

  • Proven experience delivering complex projects in a contact centre or customer operations environment
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, PRINCE2, PMBOK)
  • Experience implementing AI, automation, or self-service technologies
  • Knowledge of contact centre technologies (e.g. CRM systems, IVR, chatbots, AI, RPA)
  • Ability to manage risk, governance, and compliance in a fast-paced setting
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement, cross-functional coordination, and change management
