The Sr. Project Manager Supply Chain - AI/Automation is responsible for driving the development and delivery of digitally enabled solutions that shape the future of our supply chain.
For this role we are looking for a digital innovator focusing on translating business needs into AI-, robotics- and automation-driven applications by working closely with supply chain stakeholders, associated functions as well as internal / external implementation teams.
You will cultivate a culture of "innovation first," upskilling our teams to think through a digital lens. You will lead the identification of use cases, the right technical solution as well as the implementation of initiatives and ensure we build a framework that is scalable, user-centric, and aligned with our commitment to drive supply chain excellence.
Your Impact
Apply your proven experience in AI, robotics and/or automation by defining strategy, inspiring teams and shaping roadmaps, and evaluating high‑impact AI use cases within our supply chain
Bridge the gap between technology and operations through strong understanding of processes, data and required technological frameworks, built through hands‑on experience in delivering digital solutions end‑to‑end
Navigate the team through the ability to translate business needs into clear specifications and success metrics, ensuring seamless integration of solutions into existing systems, processes, and platforms
Strategic roadmapping backed by stakeholder management and communication skills, enabling effective alignment between technical and non‑technical teams, as well as supporting change management and user adoption
Drive continuous improvement and innovation through emerging AI/automation/robotics trends and best practices promoting supply chain excellence through modern technologies.
Your Experience and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
6+ years in Project Management, with at least 3 years specifically focused on Supply Chain Automation, Robotics, and/or AI/ML implementation
Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional projects on time and over-delivering on ROI.
Strong supply chain expertise, particularly in demand planning and supply chain planning, combined with familiarity with AI/ML technologies, robotics and cutting edge solutions.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams across all levels.
