XAD Technologies is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager – Mobile Network to lead and manage telecom infrastructure and mobile network projects across multiple regions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely delivery, maintaining quality standards, and coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and clients.

The candidate must possess strong expertise in telecom operations, mobile network deployment, site implementation, and project management within the telecommunications industry.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Lead and manage mobile network projects including LTE, 4G, and 5G deployments
• 
  Oversee project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure activities
• 
  Coordinate with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal technical teams
• 
  Ensure projects are delivered within scope, budget, and timeline
• 
  Monitor site rollout activities, installation, integration, and commissioning processes
• 
  Manage telecom infrastructure implementation including BTS, microwave, fiber, and transmission networks
• 
  Prepare project schedules, progress reports, risk assessments, and resource planning
• 
  Ensure compliance with telecom standards, HSE policies, and quality procedures
• 
  Conduct regular project meetings and provide status updates to stakeholders
• 
  Resolve operational and technical issues during project execution
• 
  Monitor project KPIs and ensure customer satisfaction
• 
  Support budgeting, procurement coordination, and cost optimization initiatives
• 
  Supervise field teams and ensure efficient workforce utilization
• 
  Maintain project documentation and reporting accuracy

Requirements

• 
  Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field
• 
  Minimum 5–8 years of experience in telecom/mobile network project management
• 
  Strong experience in 4G/LTE/5G network deployment projects
• 
  Knowledge of telecom infrastructure, RF systems, transmission, and site rollout operations
• 
  Experience managing telecom vendors and subcontractors
• 
  Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
• 
  Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• 
  Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• 
  Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, Primavera, or related project management tools
• 
  Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• 
  Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
• 
  UAE/KSA telecom project experience will be preferred
• 
  PMP certification will be considered an added advantage
• 
  Valid driving license is preferred
