As Business Unit AMSL Automotive Solutions & Lamps we support our vision and strategy by expanding our leading position in the automotive lighting market in OEM and Aftermarket. We are in a global leadership position in the automotive lamps business in traditional and LED applications and offer industry leading products in LED lighting to global OEM customers (e.g. with exchangeable LED light sources). We also tackle new growth opportunities in the Aftermarket with our automotive care and equipment portfolio.

Your new responsibilities

Drive global AM AFTM Fixtures growth initiative business with new product development with cross functional communication by Q gate project management to achieve product launch target. New Product development and quick launch will support fast yearly growth for Fixtures products globally. On time delivery of new product launch by controlling the project timeline, project cost to fulfill the product performance and cost requirement.

• Follow up Q gate process and lead the cross-function team to develop new products（including concept, design, test, certification, production, market launch）on schedule within project target - product, cost, sales and profit:
• Agile project management and new cost level study with PIT team to drive the project launch to meet the fast market change.
• Project development process optimization and coaching PIT team member to achieve project target
• Led gate reviews and report, control product R&D risks, ensure product & project metrics conformance.
• Manage supplier to optimize quality, cost, timing control
