We have over 200 talented employees working both on-site and remote/hybrid at locations:

• Danang: 81 Quang Trung, Hai Chau 1 ward, Hai Chau District, Danang
• Hanoi: Zodiac building, 19 Duy Tan Street, Dich Vong Hau ward, Cau Giay District, Hanoi

• Assist in end-to-end project execution support scoping discussions with clients, help define project scope, build and maintain timelines, track dependencies, and support smooth execution across all parties, under the guidance of senior Project Managers.
• Act as a t echnical liaison in projects build a working understanding of Customer Data Platform (CDP) architecture, API integrations, data flows, event tracking, and implementation requirements, with mentorship from senior team members.
• Help translate business requirements into clear technical tasks by collaborating with developers, business analysts, data analysts, and data engineers.
• Support the review and validation of technical deliverables for accuracy and feasibility, escalating issues to senior PMs when needed.
• Apply Agile/Scrum methodologies help manage the backlog, support sprint planning and stand-ups, monitor progress, and maintain documentation using tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Support client onboarding and product education: help prepare training materials, assist in hands-on support sessions for platform users, and help gather client feedback.
• Participate in technical and non-technical discussions, helping ensure all stakeholders share a consistent understanding.
• Help communicate project status and risks, and support transparent stakeholder communication throughout the project, escalating major risks to senior PMs promptly.
• Continuously learn and adapt—be ready for a steep learning curve in marketing technologies, advertising technologies, and technical concepts; we will provide full support and training.
• Maintain organizational oversight of assigned project components, ensuring tasks are completed with attention to detail and clear visibility.

Qualifications

• 1.5 - 3 years of experience in project coordination/management or hands-on experience in software delivery (PM, developer, QA, BA, UX, Account Management, or similar).
• Good English communication skills for working with internal teams (Analytics & Development) and clients.
• Some experience working in or supporting cross-functional teams, including data analysts, developers, and project managers.
• Basic to intermediate understanding of technical concepts APIs, integrations, languages, frameworks, platforms, and services.
• Foundational Agile/Scrum knowledge, ideally gained through hands-on project involvement. A “get it done, get it done right, get it done on time” mindset.
• Demonstrated ability to support projects through part of their lifecycle, from planning to execution, with guidance from senior Project Managers.
• Willingness to learn and work with complex data architectures used by large international enterprises for internal operations and marketing activation.
• Good organizational skills: monitoring progress, tracking milestones, following up with stakeholders, scheduling meetings, and maintaining documentation.
• Proactive attitude in consulting senior Project Managers for guidance during key project phases.
• Eager to develop deep expertise in customer data management and its application in business use cases.
• Good analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and developing stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with reading code, writing basic SQL queries, sketching data flows, or contributing to UX design or test automation is a plus.
