What awaits you at Mynaric
- Supporting the Product Manager to handle all product-related activities across the complete company and throughout the entire lifecycle of one of our space products
- Coordination and controlling of one the Condor project team
- Being the product owner within the agile product development infrastructure, supported by an agile coach
- Professional leadership of interdisciplinary teams for engineering, procurement, testing, production, and quality
- Performing all project-related management tasks within in the Condor Product Management – managing schedule, quality, costs for your dedicated project
- Supporting and connecting the cross-functional team activities across all involved departments e.g. business development/sales, program management and customer interface, engineering, procurement, production, testing, quality
- Continuous monitoring and updating of the project plan in an agile development environment
- Execution of regular progress reporting to the Product Manager as well as to the Mynaric Management
- Participation in planning and forecasting processes
- Ensuring documentation of all relevant information and decisions during development, integration and verification
What you bring with you
- You have successfully completed your studies in a technical field. Experience in the aerospace world/industry is a plus.
- You have profound professional experience in project management and a strong background in product development. Experience in agile methods is a plus.
- Heading a cross-functional and international team of specialists was within your previous career.
- You are characterized by a results-oriented, reliable, and proactive approach and enjoy working independently.
- An entrepreneurial hands-on personality with a business-driven mindset and ideally knowledge in e.g. technical fields like optics, communication technology, or lasers.
- You feel confident and like to take strategic decisions and execute on them.
- You enjoy working in an innovative, dynamic, and team-oriented environment.
- You are a communicative team player and like to contribute to the common success.
- Very good English skills round off your personality. German is an advantage.
