About the Role

As a Project Manager (m/f/d), you will lead and deliver technical infrastructure projects across our data center operations environment. Working closely with Operations, Engineering, and Data Centre Management teams, you will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

What You Will Do

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of operational and technical projects across our data center portfolio.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with stakeholders from Operations, Engineering, and Service Planning.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocations, budgets, and business cases to support project execution.
• Manage project risks, change requests, contractors, permits, and procurement activities while ensuring compliance with internal processes and HSE requirements.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, timelines, and quality standards, providing regular status updates, reports, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Coordinate internal and external project communication, ensuring alignment across technical and operational teams.
• Support major maintenance projects, equipment upgrades, asset replacements, and other critical operational initiatives within the data center environment.
• Prepare and manage project handovers, ensuring all documentation, technical drawings, maintenance records, and acceptance criteria are completed and approved.

What You Will Bring

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing projects within a technical, industrial, mission-critical, or data center environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Management, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical infrastructure systems.
• Proven experience managing project budgets, resources, schedules, contractors, and project risks.
• Project Management certification such as PRINCE2, PMP (PMI), or IPMA would be an advantage.
• Experience working within structured project governance frameworks and change management processes.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment while balancing multiple priorities.
