Service Launch Manager (m/f/d)

The Service Launch Manager (m/f/d) is part of the global Customer Services organization and is based in Bensheim. This role plays a critical role in bringing innovative products and services to the market. A great service experience is crucial for high customer satisfaction and therefore for a successful product launch. In this role, the Service Launch Manager (m/f/d) coordinates all required launch activities to ensure excellent service operations for new products and solutions at launch.

Your Responsibilities:

• You will coordinate projects for the launch of new products and solutions to ensure excellent service operations in a complex environment at the time of launch
• You will work in a role with high visibility and significant influence on successful product launches and business growth
• Develop and establish a global service launch structure with cross-functional team input for a wide range of products and solutions
• Take responsibility for managing the service launch and related activities to meet launch deadlines
• Continuously iterate the process in collaboration with the GBUs
• Lead stakeholders throughout the launch process, fostering cross-functional team engagement and commitment
• Coordinate all launch-related activities within the Customer Services organization
  

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, natural sciences, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of international professional experience with a proven track record of success in project management, product management, or release/launch management
• Experience in the service sector within medical technology or dental technology
• Proven experience managing complex projects and achieving exceptional results; experience in the service sector and in an agile development environment is a plus
• Ability to influence and negotiate at the executive level
• Strong teamwork skills and leadership qualities, with the ability to drive cross-functional team performance
• Strong organizational and strategic thinking, along with commitment to relevant discussions and decision-making
• High level of analytical and conceptual skills, as well as strong entrepreneurial thinking
• Very good skills in German and Fluency English
• Willingness to travel worldwide (as needed)
