🔷 What you will do?

• Independently lead software implementation projects
• Monitor project progress and team utilization
• Identify sales opportunities and collaborate with Business Development to pursue them
• Plan and manage project teams to ensure timely and successful delivery
• Ensure customer satisfaction and the quality of delivered solutions
• Take ownership of project financials, including revenue and cost tracking, internal cost optimization, and reporting in internal tools
• Coordinate efficient resource allocation in collaboration with line managers
• Create and manage all relevant project documentation
• Prioritize deliverables, manage scope and changes, and ensure alignment with project goals
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, manage project-related communication, and represent the company’s interests
• Help define business relationships with project partners and suppliers
• Provide regular status updates to internal and external stakeholders
• Continuously upgrade your professional knowledge and skills

🔷What we expect from you?

• 3+ years of experience in project management
• Excellent command of the English language
• Valid category B driver’s license
• Familiarity with software development and delivery processes
• Preferred certifications: PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, Agile methodologies
