For Project Management services for an MES Project.

WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT:

The Technical Part:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and at least ten plus (8+) years of experience in Pharma; managing automation, MES, or system implementation/upgrade projects.
• Bilingual, Spanish and English (good communications)
• Experience in:
  • Lead technical meeting with stakeholders and Syncade software developer
  • Coordinate integration window with impacted areas and supply chain
  • C&Q RFP Development
  • Manage software integration & migration
  • Manage C&Q implementation
  • Manage RFI, submittal, & change orders logs
  • Manage change control process
  • Develop and update cash flow
  • Develop & update integrated project schedule

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)

• Lead the upgrade of the Syncade MES platform.
• Manage software integration, migration, and implementation.
• Lead technical meetings.
• Coordinate system integration windows with manufacturing areas to minimize operational impact.
• Develop and manage C&Q RFPs and oversee execution of commissioning and qualification activities.
• Manage C&Q implementation, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Oversee and maintain RFI, submittals, and change orders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (IT, Automation, Manufacturing, QA, Validation, Supply Chain).
• Identify and mitigate risks related to schedule, cost, quality, and compliance.
• Provide status updates and reporting to stakeholders and leadership.
• Support project closeout, documentation, and systems handover
