We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager for a major construction project on the West of Riyadh. This role requires strong design management capability, technical leadership, and hands‑on site management experience—particularly within large, complex developments across the GCC.

• Act as the Client’s Mechanical PM, representing the Developer throughout construction, commissioning, and handover.
• Prepare dashboards, technical reports, and executive updates for senior leadership.
• Lead mechanical planning and scheduling in alignment with the master program.
• Review and approve all mechanical system designs, including HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and specialty mechanical packages.
• Ensure designs address operational performance, sustainability targets, and long-term maintainability.
• Provide technical input during tendering, including evaluation of mechanical contractors and recommendation reports.
• Support the contracting strategy for major mechanical packages.
• Monitor site installation works, ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate mechanical activities with civil, electrical, architectural, and ride systems teams to ensure smooth integration.
• Identify mechanical risks that could affect cost, schedule, or safety and apply mitigation strategies.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, and performance verification of all mechanical systems.
• Ensure complete mechanical handover, including O&M manuals, as‑builts, warranties, and training of operations teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in mechanical engineering and project delivery.
• PMP or equivalent certification.
• Experience working on giga projects, theme parks, or large mixed‑use developments within KSA / GCC.
