NSW - ParramattaThis role is responsible for leading the operational coordination and appointment scheduling functions across the MDU program to ensure work orders, customer bookings and downstream delivery activity progress in a controlled and timely manner. The MDU Lead provides day-to-day leadership across Project Coordinators and Appointment Schedulers, ensuring the operating rhythm, controls and service levels required to support national MDU deployment are in place and performing effectively.
Reporting to the National Deployment Manager, the role is accountable for managing the movement of work orders from release through to practical completion, while maintaining alignment between project coordination, resident booking activity, field readiness and client commitments. The Project Manager MDU ensures coordination and scheduling activity is organised, responsive and data-driven, with a strong focus on workflow discipline, booking accuracy, customer experience and operational performance.
The role provides leadership across a high-volume delivery support environment rather than managing all activity directly. It ensures teams are prioritised effectively, customer booking pathways are functioning as intended, work in progress is visible and controlled, and operational issues are escalated and resolved before they materially affect programme performance or customer outcomes.
