Our Promotion Team brings together marketing, creativity, UX and product thinking to turn benefits, offers and ideas into high-performing campaigns across the entire user journey. As part of the team, you will work on promotions that acquire new customers, activate existing users and create memorable experiences – data-driven, user-centric and with a clear focus on impact and results.

Your tasks

• You manage promotions end to end – from planning and concept development through to execution and evaluation
• You translate strategic marketing objectives and available benefits into effective, user-centred promotions
• You take ownership of timing, dependencies, content quality and overall promotion performance
• You act as the central point of contact for all topics related to the planning, execution and implementation of promotions
• You coordinate internal and external stakeholders throughout the entire promotion process
• You prepare and facilitate stakeholder meetings and ensure structured follow-up and documentation
• You manage marketing design, content and creative teams in the development of high-performing promotion communication
• You ensure a consistent, clear and user-centred execution of all promotions
• You analyse and report on promotion performance based on defined KPIs, deriving learnings, best practices and concrete optimisation measures
• You monitor market and competitor trends and identify relevant use cases

Your profile

• You have experience in project and campaign management, ideally within a marketing or e-commerce environment
• You work in a structured and self-organised manner, particularly in process and requirements management
• You bring confidence and professionalism to stakeholder management and the coordination of diverse interests
• You have a basic understanding of UX design and user journeys (e.g. conversion, user guidance, friction points)
• You have an affinity for visual design and creative communication
• You have experience in reporting, analytics and working with KPIs
• You demonstrate a high level of organisation, ownership and reliability
• You are a strong team player and enjoy collaborating in interdisciplinary, cross-functional teams
• You communicate clearly and effectively, adapting your message to different audiences
• You are characterised by a solution-oriented mindset and a hands-on approach
• You have very good written and spoken German and English skills (German minimum C1, English minimum B2, ideally C1)
