Founded in 2017, Sellforte is built and headquartered in Espoo, Finland, on the Aalto University campus at the heart of Finland’s tech and innovation ecosystem. Our international team of about 50 professionals combines expertise in data science, software engineering, and marketing analytics.

Our customer base is growing, especially abroad To support this growth, we’re looking for a Project Manager to help with our expanding client base and ensure our customers get the most out of Sellforte’s solution.

The role

As a Project Manager, you'll be a key point of contact between the customer and our team during customer onboarding, ensuring that complex implementation projects run smoothly and achieve their objectives.

Your work will include:

  • Leading enterprise onboarding projects by managing project plans, timelines, and communication while coordinating customer stakeholders and internal teams to ensure successful delivery

  • Driving cross-functional collaboration across customer teams and Sellforte's product, analytics, and customer teams to keep projects moving forward and remove blockers

  • Managing onboarding communications and governance, facilitating project meetings, tracking progress, and ensuring all stakeholders stay aligned on milestones, responsibilities, and expected outcomes

  • Coordinating data integration and implementation workstreams, ensuring required data sources, connections, and processes are in place to enable timely delivery of the first results

  • Supporting a smooth transition from onboarding to ongoing customer success, ensuring customers are fully set up to realize value from Sellforte's platform and services

You’ll typically manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously, often involving large enterprise organizations with numerous stakeholders, data sources, and workstreams. Your role is to ensure that implementations stay on track, risks are proactively managed, and customers achieve a successful launch and strong foundation for long-term success.

Beyond your day-to-day project work, you'll also contribute to Sellforte's operational excellence by helping improve onboarding processes, project management practices, and implementation methodologies as we continue to scale internationally.

We serve our clients mostly remotely from our base in Finland, though occasional travel may be part of the role. We’re primarily looking for someone located here, but relocation support or remote work may be possible on a case-by-case basis. You can read more about our relocation assistance here

What we are looking for

  • Strong communication and project management skills – proven ability to lead complex projects, coordinate multiple stakeholders, manage timelines and dependencies, and keep initiatives moving forward in dynamic environments

  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills – ability to communicate clearly with both technical and business audiences, drive alignment across teams, and confidently lead customer meetings

  • Experience working with enterprise customers – ability to navigate complex organizations, manage competing priorities, and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders

  • Understanding of marketing and marketing measurement – experience in areas such as media planning, marketing analytics, digital advertising, marketing consulting, attribution, MMM, or related fields is highly valued

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with tools such as GA4, Meta Business Manager, or other marketing and analytics platforms is considered a plus

  • Professional proficiency in English; other languages (especially German, French, or Spanish) are a plus

  • Salary and bonus

    • Junior/Medior level: €3,800–4,500 per month + 10% OTE bonus based on customer KPIs

    • Senior level: €4,500–5,500 per month + a tailored bonus program based on experience and performance targets
