The Project Manager - Marketing will be responsible for strategic project management across Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, and Malta. You will oversee the region’s performance, align growth goals between HQ and local teams, and manage the full cycle of marketing initiatives aimed at accelerating growth of users, couriers, and restaurant partners.

This role is ideal for someone who combines analytical mindset with creative problem-solving, works comfortably in a cross-functional environment, and has experience in project management. You will play a key role in managing the marketing budget, prioritising tasks for functional teams, and achieving ambitious regional business and marketing KPIs.

<point>Oversee marketing strategy and execution for new city and market launches through 360° multi-channel campaigns.</point>
<point>Collaborate with Performance Marketing, Lifecycle, Brand, and Design teams to optimise targeting, creative consistency, and ROI.</point>
<point>Lead regional reporting and communications, presenting key insights and recommendations in regular business reviews.</point>
