Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to lead cross-functional projects from initiation through completion. This role will support a variety of business initiatives, including coordination and execution related to new product launches. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with a proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, resources, and stakeholder expectations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, monitor, and close projects according to deadlines and budget requirements
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, timelines, and resource allocations
- Coordinate internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
- Support project activities related to new product development and product launch initiatives
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, sales, marketing, and leadership teams throughout project lifecycles
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders
- Manage project scope and change requests while minimizing impact on timelines and costs
- Facilitate project meetings, document action items, and ensure follow-through
- Ensure projects comply with company standards, procedures, and quality expectations
- Track project performance metrics and prepare reports for management
- Lead continuous improvement efforts within project management processes

Qualifications

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience required
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Preferred

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering or related field preferred
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred
- Experience supporting new product launches or product development projects
- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, industrial, or related environments
- Master’s degree or additional certifications are a plus
