What are my responsibilities?

  • Plan and lead the execution of one or multi-Projects in Romania and wider region.
  • Present a weekly access program to the customer to have the needed accesses in alignment to what was forecasted at the approved project schedule.
  • Ensure Installation, Test and Commissioning activities are carried out correctly and on time, according to the plan, budget, and contract requirements.
  • Ensure resources assignment and shifts are properly planned and trained to meet project milestones.
  • Provide regular reports to Senior Management through periodic KPIs and Project Reports.
  • Resolve deviations, delays and other issues affecting or preventing progress of execution.
  • Provide tests report to Safety supporting them at the analysis of deviations and bugs identified during such tests.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

  • At least a bachelor’s degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent qualification from reputable university or college.
  • Extensive Project Management Experience (10y or more)
  • Ideally corporate work experience from similar multinational organization
  • PMP qualification or Certification in Project execution is highly appreciated.
  • Excellent command of English both written and spoken. German is highly appreciated.
  • Great communicator with an excellent networking and Influencing skills.
  • Very good experience as Team leader for a mid-size Team
  • Quality orientation, driven by success.
  • 30%-40% availability to travel
