Location: Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago

Work Set Up: Onsite

In this strategic role, you will drive complex programs across acquisitions, post-merger integration, and global business transformations, partnering closely with executive leadership to ensure successful execution from planning through delivery. Success in this role requires exceptional project management expertise, executive-level communication, and the ability to influence stakeholders, navigate ambiguity, and deliver measurable business outcomes in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional due diligence efforts across all areas of the business
  • Develop and execute post-acquisition integration plans, including people, process, technology, vendor and client impacts
  • Coordinate transition services agreements (TSAs), separation activities, and dependency management
  • Partner with Finance to track and report on synergy realization and value capture, proactively escalating risks to outcomes
  • Partner with executive leadership to define integration priorities, sequencing, and decision frameworks
  • Lead large-scale, high-impact transformation programs spanning multiple business units and geographies.
  • Establish governance structures, decision-making frameworks, and execution cadence
  • Develop integrated program roadmaps aligned to business and technology priorities.
  • Manage interdependencies, risks, and competing priorities across multiple workstreams
  • Facilitate steering committees and executive forums to drive alignment and timely decisions
  • Provide clear, data-driven status and recommendations to executive stakeholders
  • Coordinate delivery across multiple project managers, business teams, technical teams, and vendors.
  • Support change management and adoption activities to ensure successful business integration.
  • Manage vendor engagement activities including SOW creation, performance monitoring, and issue resolution.
  • Navigate stakeholder dynamics with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.
  • Mentor project managers and promote consistent execution practices across the portfolio and IMO.
  • Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned, retrospectives, and process enhancements.
  • Create and maintain financial plans including budget tracking, forecasting, and variance management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Technology, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional programs or transformations
  • Demonstrated experience managing enterprise initiatives across multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups
  • Experience establishing program governance, managing budgets, forecasting, and reporting program performance
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership and facilitate complex business discussions
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and advise C-level stakeholders
  • Proven ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, high-pressure environments
  • Experience with financial management including budgeting, forecasting, and variance tracking
  • Proven ability to lead without authority and drive cross-functional alignment
  • Strong project planning, prioritization, time management, and execution capabilities
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence outcomes across business and technology organizations
  • Experience using project and portfolio management platforms such as Smartsheet®, ServiceNow®, Asana or similar tools

Preferred

  • Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise level programs such as M&A diligence and post-merger integration efforts
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent advanced degree
  • Experience in BPO, healthcare operations or multi-site service environments
  • PMP certification or equivalent project/program management certification
  • Experience contributing to PMO process maturity, governance development, and continuous improvement initiatives
