Positionsübersicht

Für unser internationales Logistik- und Supply-Chain-Umfeld suchen wir einen Project Manager Logistics & Supply Chain Transformation (m/w/d), der bereichsübergreifende Logistik-, Versand- und Prozessoptimierungsprojekte plant, steuert und erfolgreich umsetzt.

In dieser Rolle übernehmen Sie die Projektleitung für strategische und operative Veränderungsinitiativen entlang der Supply Chain – von der Analyse bestehender Prozesse über die Entwicklung tragfähiger Soll-Konzepte bis zur Umsetzung und Anlaufbegleitung. Sie koordinieren interdisziplinäre Teams, steuern interne und externe Stakeholder und sorgen dafür, dass Projekte hinsichtlich Qualität, Zeit, Kosten und nachhaltiger Wirksamkeit erfolgreich realisiert werden. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf Logistik, Versand, Bestandsoptimierung, Lean-Transformation, ERP-nahen Prozessveränderungen sowie der Schnittstelle zu Export- und Zollprozessen.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Leitung und Steuerung bereichsübergreifender Logistik-, Versand-, Intralogistik- und Supply-Chain-Projekte von der Konzeptphase bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung

• Aufnahme, Analyse und Bewertung bestehender Prozesse sowie Entwicklung effizienter Soll-Prozesse für Wareneingang, Lager, Materialfluss incl. Staging, Verpackung, Versand und angrenzende Exportprozesse

• Planung, Strukturierung und Umsetzung von Projektplänen, Maßnahmenpaketen, Meilensteinen, Ressourcenbedarfen und Entscheidungsgrundlagen

• Steuerung interdisziplinärer Projektteams sowie Koordination von Schnittstellen zu Logistik, Produktion, IT, Einkauf, Qualität, Export, Zoll, Trade Compliance und externen Dienstleistern

• Verantwortung für Fortschrittsmonitoring, Risikomanagement, Eskalationsmanagement und transparente Kommunikation an relevante Stakeholder

• Begleitung von Verlagerungs-, Layout-, Materialfluss- und Standortprojekten inklusive Anlaufunterstützung im operativen Umfeld

• Einführung, Harmonisierung und nachhaltige Verankerung von Prozessstandards, Arbeitsweisen und Best Practices über Standorte und Fachbereiche hinweg

• Anwendung von Lean-Methoden wie Wertstromanalyse, Shopfloor Management, Kanban, Milkrun, 5S und visueller Steuerung zur Verbesserung von Qualität, Effizienz und Versorgungssicherheit

• Mitwirkung bei ERP- und IT-nahen Transformationsprojekten, inklusive Prozessaufnahme, Use-Case-Erstellung, Testkoordination, Schulungskonzepten und Go-Live-/Hypercare-Unterstützung

• Aufbereitung logistischer Daten, Kennzahlen und Entscheidungsvorlagen zur Bewertung von Potenzialen, Fortschritten und Projektergebnissen

• Bearbeitung von Abweichungen und Projektrisiken sowie Ableitung nachhaltiger Korrektur- und Präventionsmaßnahmen

• Coaching und fachliche Unterstützung operativer Teams und Führungskräfte im Rahmen von Veränderungsprojekten und Prozessimplementierungen

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung bzw. vergleichbare Qualifikation im Bereich Logistik, Supply Chain, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Produktion, Projektmanagement oder Prozessmanagement

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung oder Steuerung von Logistik-, Intralogistik-, Versand-, Produktionslogistik- oder Supply-Chain-Projekten

• Fundierte Erfahrung in der Analyse, Gestaltung und Umsetzung logistischer Prozesse sowie in der Einführung neuer Standards und Arbeitsweisen

• Sicherer Umgang mit Projektmanagementmethoden, Meilensteinplanung, Maßnahmensteuerung, Stakeholder-Kommunikation und Fortschrittsmonitoring

• Sehr gutes Verständnis für Materialfluss, Lagerprozesse, Versorgungskonzepte, Versandprozesse und operative Schnittstellen in produzierenden oder logistikintensiven Umfeldern

• Kenntnisse in der Anwendung und Umsetzung von Lean-Methoden, Wertstromanalyse, Kanban, Milkrun, Shopfloor Management, 5S und kontinuierlicher Verbesserung

• Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen und logistiknahen IT-Anwendungen, idealerweise SAP

• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

• Analytische, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit hoher Umsetzungsstärke

• Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeit sowie sicheres Auftreten gegenüber Fachbereichen, Management und externen Partnern

For our international logistics and supply chain environment, we are seeking a Project Manager for Logistics & Supply Chain Transformation (m/f/d) who will plan, manage, and successfully implement cross-functional logistics, shipping, and process optimization projects.

In this role, you will lead strategic and operational change initiatives across the supply chain—from analyzing existing processes and developing viable target concepts to implementation and post-launch support. You will coordinate interdisciplinary teams, manage internal and external stakeholders, and ensure that projects are successfully completed in terms of quality, time, cost, and long-term effectiveness. The focus is on logistics, shipping, inventory optimization, lean transformation, ERP-related process changes, and the interface with export and customs processes.

Your Responsibilities

• Leading and managing cross-functional logistics, shipping, intralogistics, and supply chain projects from the concept phase through successful implementation
• Capturing, analyzing, and evaluating existing processes and developing efficient target-state processes for goods receipt, warehousing, material flow including staging, packaging, shipping, and related export processes
• Planning, structuring, and executing project plans, work packages, milestones, resource requirements, and decision-making materials
• Leading interdisciplinary project teams and coordinating interfaces with Logistics, Production, IT, Procurement, Quality, Export, Customs, Trade Compliance, and external service providers
• Monitoring project progress and managing risks, escalations, and transparent stakeholder communications
• Supporting relocation, facility layout, material flow, and site projects, including ramp-up assistance in operational environments
• Implementing, harmonizing, and sustainably embedding process standards, working methods, and best practices across sites and functional areas
• Applying Lean methodologies such as Value Stream Mapping, Shop Floor Management, Kanban, Milk Run, 5S, and Visual Management to improve quality, efficiency, and supply reliability
• Contributing to ERP and IT-related transformation projects, including documenting processes, developing use cases, coordinating testing activities, creating training concepts, and supporting go-live and hypercare phases
• Preparing and analyzing logistics data, KPIs, and decision-support materials to evaluate improvement opportunities, project progress, and project outcomes
• Managing deviations and project risks while developing and implementing sustainable corrective and preventive actions
• Coaching and supporting operational teams and managers throughout change initiatives and process implementation projects

Qualification

• Completed commercial or technical vocational training, or an equivalent qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Production, Project Management, or Process Management

• Several years of experience leading or coordinating logistics, intralogistics, shipping, production logistics, or supply chain projects

• Extensive experience in analyzing, designing, and implementing logistics processes, as well as introducing new standards and ways of working

• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, milestone planning, action tracking, stakeholder communication, and progress monitoring

• Excellent understanding of material flow, warehouse operations, supply concepts, shipping processes, and operational interfaces within manufacturing or logistics-intensive environments

• Knowledge of Lean methodologies, including Value Stream Mapping, Kanban, Milk Run, Shop Floor Management, 5S, and Continuous Improvement

• Experience working with ERP systems and logistics-related IT applications, ideally SAP.

• Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken

• Strong analytical, structured, and solution-oriented approach with a high level of execution capability

• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with confidence in interacting effectively with functional teams, management, and external partner
