What you'll do:
- Define scope, objectives, success criteria, and delivery approach for podcast projects
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, resources, and budgets, ensuring projects remain on track and within approved financial parameters
- Coordinate the end-to-end podcast production workflow, including guest coordination, recording schedules, content reviews, editing, approvals, publishing, and launch requirements
- Lead project meetings by setting clear agendas, documenting key decisions assigning action items and ensuring next steps are communicated and followed through to completion
- Partner closely with the Live Free team to maintain alignment throughout the production lifecycle
- Identify project risks and issues early, and escalate conflicts with recommendations
- Establish and maintain project management systems, workflows, templates, checklists, and production standards that improve efficiency
- Ensure all project deliverables meet established creative, editorial, technical, and brand standards
- Support post-project reviews and incorporate lessons learned into future product production processes
Skills & Experiences You've Had:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Project Management, Communications, or related field preferred
- 3-5 years of project management experience
- Experience managing projects within podcasting or creative production preferred
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, budgets, workflows, and production processes
