応募資格・スキル
プロジェクトマネジメントまたはプロジェクトリーダーとしての5年以上の実務経験
ソフトウェア開発ライフサイクル（SDLC）に関する深い理解と実績
優れたドキュメンテーション能力とステークホルダー対応力
日本企業または日本のクライアントとの業務経験がある方は歓迎
ビジネスレベルの日本語スキル（会話・文書作成）
英語スキルがあれば尚可
クラウドプラットフォーム（特にAWS）、データベース、SDLCに関する知識
Java、C#、Pythonなどのプログラミング言語に関する知識があれば尚可

Were looking for experienced Project Managers or Project Leaders to lead IT projects for financial institutions in Japan. This role involves end-to-end planning, execution, and stakeholder management. Its ideal for professionals familiar with Japanese business culture and passionate about driving digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute IT development projects (small to large scale)
- Track scheduling, costs, quality, risks, and provide status updates to stakeholders
- Collaborate with client IT teams, business users, vendors, and internal teams
- Manage documentation and approvals throughout the project lifecycle
- Share weekly reports and maintain clear communication
- Align project execution with the clients business goals and roadmap
Required Experience & Skills
- Minimum 5 years in project management or project leadership roles
- Proven experience with full software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Excellent documentation and stakeholder communication skills
- Prior experience in Japanese IT companies or with Japanese clients is highly desirable
- Strong Japanese communication skills (verbal and written)
- English skills are a plus
- Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS preferred), databases, and SDLC
- Familiarity with programming languages (Java, C#, Python) is a bonus
