Job Title: Project Manager & LATAM Country Manager (Technical Delivery)

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager with strong technical delivery experience and LATAM team leadership expertise to join our growing team. You will play a key role in leading client-facing project execution while building and managing our regional operations in Colombia. Your work will directly impact delivery quality, client satisfaction, and the successful establishment of our LATAM presence.
Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end delivery of client and internal technical projects, from scoping through execution and completion
Lead Agile/Scrum processes including sprint planning, standups, reviews, and retrospectives across distributed teams
Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources while proactively identifying and mitigating risks
Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, leading status updates, milestone reviews, and scope discussions
Build and manage the LATAM team, including hiring, onboarding, performance management, and team development
Act as the operational lead for the Medellín office, coordinating day-to-day activities and aligning with US leadership
Drive process improvements to increase delivery efficiency, team performance, and client outcomes
Must-Have Qualifications
6+ years of project management experience in technical environments (SaaS, software development, MSP, or IT services)
Proven experience managing Agile/Scrum delivery with engineering teams
Strong proficiency with project management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar platforms
Demonstrated experience managing client-facing engagements with US-based stakeholders
Prior people management experience within LATAM (preferably Colombia), including hiring and team leadership
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, with the ability to operate seamlessly in both
Strong organizational, communication, and accountability skills in fast-paced environments
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a US-based company or serving North American clients
Familiarity with cloud technologies (Azure, Microsoft 365) and SaaS delivery models
Experience building or scaling a regional team or office in LATAM
Project management certifications (PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP, or similar)
Exposure to retail, consumer products, or technology consulting environments
