The Project Manager plays a key role in supporting BDI’s landscaping operations while helping empower team members of all abilities. This position works closely with the Sr. Operations Manager to coordinate daily activities, maintain high service standards, and ensure an inclusive, supportive work environment for employees with disabilities.
