About the role

The Landscape Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing landscape construction projects from pre-construction through completion. This role oversees Foremen and a sub-contractor crew as required, ensuring project milestones are met safely, efficiently, and profitably. The Project Manager works closely with clients, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver high-quality landscape and site development projects such as commercial/municipal landscapes, multi-family developments, and custom residential works.

Salary Range: $80,000-110,000/year.

What you’ll be doing

  • Lead landscape construction projects from pre-construction to close-out.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and scope.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, site teams, and subcontractors to keep projects on track.
  • Manage RFIs, RFQs, site instructions, submittals, and change orders; ensure timely approvals and communication.
  • Review drawings, track progress, and uphold quality and safety standards.
  • Support the Superintendent and foremen with scheduling, site challenges, and resource planning.
  • Accurately invoice completed work and manage project documentation.
  • Participate in pre-construction, client meetings, and weekly internal scheduling meetings.
  • Any other duties as required

What we’re looking for

  • Previous landscape construction and site experience is required.
  • 2+ years in a Project Manager or Construction Coordinator role (or similar).
  • Strong understanding of landscape construction, schedules, budgets, and reading drawings.
  • Ability to lead field teams and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid Class 5 driver’s license; ability to travel to sites as needed.
