Main Responsibilities

• Design and implement marketing strategies aimed at driving growth in streams, audience, and subscriptions for the catalogs associated with ONErpm on streaming platforms and YouTube, across different Business Units (BUs).
• Monitor and report on the progress, impact, and results of these strategies on the mentioned platforms, providing relevant insights into catalog performance.
• Identify and develop collaboration and synergy opportunities with influencers and brands to strengthen the growth in streams for the labels and artists associated with ONErpm.
• Conceptualize and implement projects that contribute to the positioning of ONErpm's catalog, including labels and artists.
• Coordinate plans with clients and Project Managers (PMs).
• Propose and manage budgets of various scales related to project execution.
• Inform and coordinate with the marketing management team regarding the necessary actions to carry out different activities.
• Generate comprehensive reports analyzing the performance of the music marketing strategies implemented within the assigned catalog.
• Contribute marketing actions that involve different service areas.

Qualifications:

• Experience in similar roles within the music industry +5 years
