Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery & Governance

Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to closure.

Lead multiple projects, cloud transformation programs, and AMS engagements.

Develop project plans, schedules, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies.

Ensure adherence to project governance standards, PMO processes, and organizational policies.

Conduct project status reviews, steering committee meetings, and executive reporting.

Public Cloud Implementation

Lead cloud migration and implementation projects across public cloud platforms:

Microsoft Azure

Amazon Web Services (AWS)

Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

Drive cloud adoption strategies, migration planning, workload assessment, and deployment.

Coordinate with cloud architects, infrastructure teams, security teams, and business stakeholders.

Ensure cloud security, compliance, high availability, and disaster recovery requirements are met.

Stakeholder Management

Act as the primary point of contact for customers, leadership teams, and project stakeholders.

Manage customer expectations and ensure high levels of satisfaction.

Facilitate issue resolution and decision-making through effective communication.

Financial & Resource Management

Manage project budgets, forecasts, revenue, margin, and resource utilization.

Track project financials, invoicing milestones, and change requests.

Ensure optimal allocation of resources and capacity planning.

Risk & Quality Management

Identify project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.

Develop mitigation and contingency plans.

Monitor project quality metrics and ensure adherence to SLAs and KPIs.

Team Leadership

Lead cross-functional teams comprising functional consultants, technical teams, cloud specialists, and business analysts.

Mentor project team members and foster a collaborative project environment.

Drive performance management and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

MBA is preferred.

PMP / PRINCE2 certification preferred.

Agile / Scrum certification is an added advantage.

Azure/AWS/GCP Cloud Certifications preferred.

Preferred Experience

Experience managing SAP implementation, AMS, migration, or transformation projects.

Experience in cloud migration and modernization programs.

Exposure to Infrastructure, Application, and Data Migration projects.

Experience handling distributed global teams and multi-vendor environments.

Strong understanding of ITIL and IT Service Management processes.
