Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager with expertise in Jira and ISO 27001 implementation to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will manage and oversee various projects, ensuring they align with the company's strategic goals, particularly those related to information security and compliance. This role requires a strong understanding of ISO 27001 standards, project management tools like Jira, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management:
• Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and monitor project progress using Jira.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, providing timely updates to stakeholders.
• Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and progress reviews with teams and stakeholders.
• ISO 27001 Implementation & Compliance:
• Lead ISO 27001 implementation projects and ensure the company adheres to the required standards for information security.
• Work with internal teams to maintain and improve the Information Security Management System (ISMS).
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure security policies, procedures, and controls are properly implemented and documented.
• Conduct internal audits and assessments to ensure ongoing compliance with ISO 27001 standards.
• Collaboration & Communication:
• Liaise with management and various stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on project objectives.
• Work closely with IT, security, and compliance teams to ensure information security requirements are met.
• Provide regular status reports to stakeholders, including risks and recommendations for improvement.
• Jira Management:
• Utilize Jira to track and manage project tasks, timelines, and progress.
• Configure Jira for optimal project tracking, and continuously improve workflows.
• Provide guidance and support to team members in using Jira for project-related activities.

Requirements

• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is preferred.
• Experience:
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally in IT or information security-related projects.
• Expertise in ISO 27001 implementation and management is essential.
• Experience using Jira for project tracking and management.
• Strong understanding of information security principles, best practices, and compliance requirements.
• Skills:
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and lead cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of ISO 27001 standards and their practical application.
• Proficiency in Jira, with the ability to configure and manage workflows.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to risk management.
