SHSO-Sutter Health System Office-ValleyThis position directs cross-functional teams responsible for driving regional, operating unit or system initiatives, strategies, issue resolutions and alignment across Sutter Health. Plans, organizes, monitors, and oversees three or more concurrent projects which are typically longer in term, and greater size, scope, budget and/or impact. Responsible for project work plan development, the establishment of project communication and risk management plans, workflow process redesign, metric development and measurement, and return on investment analysis. The Project Manager IV assigns project tasks to designated team members and oversees the work of other Project Manager(s) and Project Coordinator(s). Performs independently under broad policy guidelines and exercises expert authority over assigned projects. Uses project management tools and standards as outlined by the Project Management Institute to ensure projects stay on track to complete deliverables and project integration with other initiatives.
This role will maintain a working knowledge of telehealth policy and regulation to guide virtual health programs and projects. Will collaborate with executive leaders and sponsors, operations, medical groups, service lines, informatics, and digital teams. Will possess healthcare Systems knowledge to include a strong grasp of clinical operations, care delivery models, and healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, CMS). Will leverage Virtual Care experience in telehealth platforms, remote monitoring, and digital health trends. The ideal candidate will have certifications in digital health, telemedicine, or healthcare leadership (e.g., CPHIMS, FACHE, CMPE, Telehealth Certification Institute credentials).
EDUCATION:
Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.

Pay Range is $117,436.80 to $176,155.20 / annual salary. California, New Jersey, and Washington Pay Range is $117,436.80 to $176,155.20 / annual salary. Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Michigan, Minnesota, Nevada, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Texas, and Virginia Pay Range is $105,705.60 to $158,558.40 / annual salary. Arizona, Arkansas, Idaho, Louisiana, Missouri, Montana, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Utah Pay Range is $93,953.60 to $140,940.80 / annual salary.
The compensation range may vary based on the geographic location where the position is filled. Total compensation considers multiple factors, including, but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications, departmental equity, training, and organizational needs. Base pay is only one component of Sutter Health’s comprehensive total rewards program. Eligible positions also include a comprehensive benefits package.
