The expected salary for:

expert position: 13 000 - 19 000 PLN

senior expert position: 17 300 - 23 000 PLN

The financial ranges specified in the announcement are adjusted and may differ from the range specified in the remuneration regulations

We are looking for you, if you:

  • Have 5+ years of experience in project or program management preferably in IT field (International project-experience is a must have)
  • Have experience working in complex IT environments and managing initiatives involving multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Can translate strategic objectives into actionable plans, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Are comfortable coordinating activities across teams, domains, and stakeholders.
  • Have strong communication, facilitation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Are proactive, well-organized, and take ownership of delivery outcomes.
  • Can work independently while effectively managing changing priorities and dependencies.
  • Feel comfortable presenting progress, risks, and recommendations to a broad and diverse audience, including senior stakeholders.
  • Have very good proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Are fluent in English (C1).

You'll get extra points for:

  • Experience with and understanding of IT Security topics.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, Agile PM, SAFe, or similar certifications.
  • Degree/ training/ comparable qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.

Your responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and drive delivery of projects or programs, and strategic initiatives within the IT Security domain.
  • Build and maintain project or program roadmaps, milestones, risks, dependencies, and governance structures.
  • Align priorities and delivery plans across multiple teams, stakeholders, and organizational units.
  • Facilitate planning sessions, workshops, steering committees, and stakeholder meetings.
  • Monitor progress and proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations.
  • Ensure transparency through status reporting, dashboards, and executive-level communication.
  • Support decision making by providing insights, recommendations, and delivery guidance.
  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and partner organizations.
  • Drive continuous improvement in delivery practices, governance processes, and ways of working.
  • Depending on experience and seniority, lead either individual projects or larger cross-domain programs and transformation initiatives.
  • Travel - as required for project needs and stakeholder engagement

Our squad provides end-to-end project management in IT security area. We follow Agile approach and mindset cooperating within whole ING Group.

The role naming convention in the global ING job architecture will be “IT Integrator III” or "IT Integrator IV"
