Job Description

The Project Manager - Integration will play a crucial role in our Smart Integration (API) - Delivery department. They will be responsible for overseeing integration projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely and efficient project execution. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to drive successful project outcomes.

• Lead and manage complex integration projects, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
• Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with client requirements and business objectives.
• Conduct regular project reviews and progress updates, identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
• Ensure effective communication and knowledge transfer within the team and with clients.
• Manage and mentor a team of integration specialists, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in integration technologies and methodologies.
• Conduct post-project reviews and analyze project performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing excellent customer service.

• 6-8+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on integration projects.
• Strong expertise in C++ programming, memory management, and file I/O concepts.
• Proficiency in multithreading, synchronization mechanisms, and kernel-level development.
• Good understanding of Linux development and triage, including command-line tools, POSIX, processes, and network concepts.
• Experience in writing unit tests and evaluating coding standards for C++ applications.
• Familiarity with SCM tools, IDE integration, and Agile methodologies is preferred.
• Knowledge of web application development on the C++ platform is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
• Positive attitude, adaptability, and a problem-solving mindset are essential.
• Experience in performance optimization techniques, such as memory allocation reduction and loop optimization.
