Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Lead the setup and expansion of new production facilities for products like food instant, focusing on capacity building and automation.
• Develop a master project plan in collaboration with the CEO, plant manager, and project consultants, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Oversee vendor development and sourcing of specific organic inputs and ingredients for production.
• Identify, anticipate, and resolve any issues related to the current plant, devising new plans as needed to address operational challenges.
• Plan and implement energy-saving initiatives such as solar panels and other renewable energy sources to optimize plant efficiency.
• Explore and evaluate biodegradable and eco-friendly packaging solutions to support the company's sustainability goals.
• Finalize production capacity by aligning supply and logistics needs with equipment and space requirements.
• Actively participate in supplier and contractor negotiations, preparing competitive bids and managing contractual documents.
• Ensure seamless integration between plant design elements (e.g., energy consumption, cooling, heating) and production requirements, coordinating closely with architects and factory managers.

Requirements:

• Masters or bachelors degree in engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in managing new projects, particularly in the food or FMCG industry, especially in instant food.
• Strong understanding of food production or FMCG factory operations, especially in instant food.
• Knowledge of essential plant utilities, including boiler systems, water treatment, and effluent treatment (ETP) systems.
• Strong team building, decision-making, and people management skills.
• Experience with sustainable practices, such as implementing energy-saving solutions (e.g., solar panels, renewable energy).
• Familiarity with sourcing and vendor development for specific organic ingredients and inputs.
• Proficiency in both English and Thai (spoken and written).
• Able to work upcountry.
