They are now seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a team of developers, designers, and analysts in delivering high-impact innovation projects that support the organizations mission and reach.

As Project Manager, you'll oversee the planning and execution of multiple technology initiatives, from idea to implementation. You'll ensure seamless collaboration across teams and departments, maintain alignment with strategic objectives, and drive innovative solutions that create real-world social impact.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of innovation projects from end to end

• Set clear objectives, timelines, and performance benchmarks

• Create and implement consistent project management methodologies

• Monitor risk, manage change, and keep projects on time and within scope

Team Management

• Oversee a cross-functional team including developers, designers, and data specialists
• Facilitate team collaboration through regular meetings and clear communication

• Promote a culture of innovation, accountability, and shared success

• Coordinate shared resources across concurrent projects

Stakeholder Engagement

• Act as the primary liaison between the Innovation Team and senior leadership
• Partner with the Operations and Mobile Apps teams to ensure effective integration
• Provide transparent reporting on project progress, challenges, and outcomes

• Gather and incorporate feedback from donors and beneficiaries

Technical Oversight

• Ensure products meet quality standards and align with user experience goals

• Guide the technical implementation of donor-centric digital solutions

• Support system integrations and the development of data-driven applications

• Balance functionality with an exceptional end-user experience

Risk and Change Management

• Identify and mitigate risks proactively

• Oversee change management for scope, timelines, and resources

• Ensure regulatory and data protection compliance

• Facilitate handover of completed projects into operational environments

Candidate Profile

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years managing technology projects, preferably in nonprofit or social impact sectors
• Proven ability to deliver innovative digital projects on time and on budget

• Strong command of Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies

• Effective communicator with strong leadership and organizational skills

• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project)

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification

• Experience with donor management systems or CRM platforms

• Familiarity with mobile app development and business intelligence tools

• Knowledge of charitable giving trends and digital donor engagement

• Experience leading cross-functional, distributed teams
