SHSO-Sutter Health System Office-Valley
Manages highly complex clinical digital project management operations (PMO) projects from conception to completion including scope of management, timelines, and budget. Provides leadership to project teams and junior members of the information services (IS) PMO team. Assists in the establishment and implementation of Sutter IS PMO project management processes and methodologies for the IS community to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards, and meet client expectations. Accountable for assembling project plans and teamwork assignments, directing and monitoring work efforts, identifying resource needs, performing quality reviews, and escalating functional, quality, and timeline issues. Responsible for the tracking of key project milestones, adjusting project plans and/or resources to meet the needs of clients, and coordinating communication with other teams and clients in relation to scope of management, budget, risk, and resources of the work effort being managed.

Pay Range is $129,188.80 to $193,793.60 / annual salary. California, New Jersey, and Washington Pay Range is $129,188.80 to $193,793.60 / annual salary. Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Michigan, Minnesota, Nevada, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Texas, and Virginia Pay Range is $116,272.00 to $174,428.80 / annual salary. Arizona, Arkansas, Idaho, Louisiana, Missouri, Montana, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Utah Pay Range is $103,355.20 to $155,043.20 / annual salary.
The compensation range may vary based on the geographic location where the position is filled. Total compensation considers multiple factors, including, but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications, departmental equity, training, and organizational needs. Base pay is only one component of Sutter Health’s comprehensive total rewards program. Eligible positions also include a comprehensive benefits package.
