Salary: $95,000–$120,000 per year, based on experience

Bonus: eligible for annual performance bonus

Reports To: General Manager

About the Role

MSHS Pacific Power Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex operational projects from initial scope through successful completion. This role owns the full project lifecycle, coordinating resources, schedules, risks, stakeholders, and deliverables while ensuring projects align with company standards, customer expectations, and business objectives.

The Project Manager will work closely with operations, engineering, technical teams, quality, supply chain, service, customers, and leadership to ensure projects are executed efficiently and effectively.

What You’ll Do

Project Management & Execution

• Own projects from scope definition and planning through execution and closeout.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, status reports, and risk logs.
• Coordinate resources, dependencies, deliverables, and competing priorities across multiple projects.
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and escalate challenges when appropriate.
• Track project performance and provide clear status updates, dashboards, and reporting.
• Maintain accurate project documentation within project management systems, ERP platforms, and internal systems.

Cross-Functional Leadership

• Lead cross-functional project teams and serve as a primary point of contact for project-related matters.
• Coordinate with operations, engineering, technical teams, quality, supply chain, finance, service, customers, and leadership.
• Communicate project goals, timelines, responsibilities, deliverables, and expectations.
• Manage internal and external stakeholders and drive alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead project reviews, customer updates, planning meetings, and issue-resolution efforts.

Process Improvement & Compliance

• Identify and implement improvements to project workflows, communication processes, reporting, and accountability systems.
• Develop standardized project practices, templates, and documentation.
• Use project management systems, ERP platforms, analytics dashboards, and workflow tools to improve visibility and execution.
• Support compliance with safety, quality, regulatory, and internal control requirements.
• Prepare documentation and reports for internal and external audits as needed.

What You Bring

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, Project Management, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
• Minimum 5 years of project management or cross-functional project leadership experience managing complex operational projects.
• Demonstrated experience owning the complete project lifecycle, including scope, scheduling, resource coordination, execution, risk management, issue resolution, and closeout.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage internal and external stakeholders, including operations, technical teams, customers, and leadership.
• Strong project management, organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, deadlines, and stakeholder needs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing projects within an industrial, manufacturing, engineering, or technical service environment.
• Experience utilizing ERP systems, project management platforms, analytics dashboards, and workflow/reporting tools.
• Demonstrated experience implementing process improvements, standardized project workflows, and accountability systems.
• Experience working with technical teams, engineering organizations, field service operations, or industrial equipment.
• Experience with project dashboards, KPIs, risk registers, compliance, audits, or internal controls.
