At our facility in the Portsmouth, NH area, we need an experienced, high-impact Project Manager who can bridge the gap between the Phillips on-site maintenance team and various customer maintenance centers. You’ll master the flow of information, ensuring every service report and electronic file is captured perfectly while communicating across teams with total clarity. This is more than just managing a site; it is about owning the digital heartbeat of a massive operation where technical accuracy and perfection is the only standard.
In this role, you’ll be the ultimate orchestrator of personal management, machine uptime, contract maintenance and operational flow. You’ll lead the charge by syncing with outside experts and manufacturers to keep every piece of equipment running at peak performance daily. Your day is a high-speed mission of scheduling parts deliveries, managing maintenance windows, directing the onsite Phillips team and coordinating a wide array of specialized subcontractors. You’re both the director of operations as well as [TM2.1]the strategist who ensures that reactive service work never slows down the mission, turning complex logistics into a seamless victory.

Compensation at Phillips is based on the market and your individual level of contribution. The expected pay range for a qualified person in this role is between $110,000.00 and $160,000.00 annually plus bonus opportunities.
