Job Title: Project Manager (Local Indonesian Talent)

Location: Jakarta, Indonesia

Reports to: Country Head, Indonesia

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced Project Manager to join our Indonesia team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth execution of integrated marketing, digital, and communication campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating internal teams, managing client expectations, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients and internal teams on assigned projects
• Plan, execute, and manage project timelines, resources, and budgets
• Coordinate across creative, media, digital, and PR teams to ensure smooth collaboration
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and proactively resolve issues
• Prepare project documentation including timelines, status reports, and post-mortem evaluations
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations
• Foster strong relationships with clients and partners

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in advertising, PR, or digital agency (min. 3 years preferred)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong understanding of marketing, digital platforms, and campaign execution
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken)
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working with Chinese stakeholders is a plus

Nice to Have:

• Experience with international brands
• Familiarity with tools like word, excel, ppt
