Roles & Responsibilities :
Project Management
Plan, track, and control MiDAS platform and use case delivery activities.
Maintain project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and actions.
Support roadmap tracking, release readiness, and steering updates.
Ensure alignment with business priorities, platform objectives, and GB needs.
Scrum Master Responsibilities
Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Ensure the team follows agile principles, practices, and delivery cadence.
Remove blockers and escalate impediments when required.
Promote team collaboration, continuous improvement, and delivery transparency.
Delivery Governance
Track delivery status across concept, MVP, pilot, rollout, and operations.
Support quality gates, release readiness, and compliance checkpoints.
Coordinate with technical leads, product owners, and use case owners.
Ensure documentation, reporting, and milestone discipline.
Stakeholder Management
Act as the central coordination point between MiDAS core team and GB teams.
Provide regular status reporting to leadership and stakeholders.
Manage communication on risks, delays, dependencies, and decisions.
Support adoption planning, training coordination, and rollout readiness.
Platform and Agile Enablement
Support adoption of MiDAS engineering framework, DevOps practices, and self-service workflows.
Encourage use of standard tools, dashboards, and delivery templates.
Help teams improve predictability, throughput, and delivery quality.
Drive continuous improvement through retrospective action tracking.
Educational qualification:
Competencies: Agile/SAFe Project Management, Stakeholder & Risk Management, Leadership & Collaboration
Experience :
8–12+ years in project management, agile delivery, or technical program coordination.
Experience supporting software platform teams or AI-enabled engineering initiatives.
Exposure to cross-functional delivery in a matrixed organization.
Experience working with engineering, product, QA, and operations teams.
Mandatory/requires Skills :
Hands-on experience as Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Manager.
Good understanding of software delivery lifecycle, DevOps, and release management.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills
Preferred Skills :
Strong project management and agile delivery experience.
Hands-on experience as Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Manager.
