Responsibilities:

• Lead the full implementation of assigned projects in line with contractual obligations, ensuring delivery on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, organize project activities, and oversee execution of the project to ensure alignment with technical, financial, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate all on‑site construction activities based on technical specifications, construction schedules, budgets, and applicable legislation and regulations.
• Manage and monitor stakeholders, progress, identify delays or risks, and implement effective corrective actions.
• Oversee and coordinate the construction supervision team to ensure consistent project performance and reporting.

Requirements:

• University degree, preferably in Construction or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in managing or supervising construction projects.
• Proven experience coordinating construction projects, ideally within the Renewable Energy sector (photovoltaic, wind farms, BESS, etc.).
• Strong understanding of contract management and permitting processes.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams and manage multiple contractors and authorities.
• Proficiency in English.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, MS Project, and FIDIC contract standards.
