Main responsibilities

  • Manage the full project lifecycle for client implementations, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the implementation process, fostering strong relationships and managing expectations effectively.
  • Facilitate and lead project meetings, including kick-off calls, status updates, and post-implementation reviews.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources, including technical teams, payroll specialists, and third-party vendors, to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Identify, track, and resolve project issues and risks, escalating as necessary to senior management.
  • Ensure adherence to CloudPay's implementation methodology, best practices, and quality standards.
  • Provide regular and accurate project status reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews to identify lessons learned and contribute to continuous process improvement.
  • Potentially manage multiple implementation projects concurrently.

Experience needed for this role

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, specifically within software implementation, ideally in the HR, payroll, or financial technology sectors.
  • Demonstrable experience managing complex client-facing projects from inception to completion.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile, PRINCE2) and tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels. Professional English Level Requiered
  • Solid organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with global payroll or payments solutions is highly desirable.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is a plus.
