The Project Manager is responsible for leading projects for diagnostic imaging medical devices including customer site planning, equipment installations, and equipment relocations while adhering to project timelines, budgets, and scope. Throughout the course of projects, the Project Manager assigns responsibilities, monitors progress, leads internal and external project communications, and ensures all necessary documentation is completed in a timely manner. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each of the following essential functions satisfactorily.

  • Lead the planning and execution of Catalyst MedTech equipment projects, including installations, de-installations, and relocations.
  • Determine resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner.
  • Develop and manage a detailed project schedule, budget and work plan.
  • Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
  • Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables.
  • Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution.
  • Adhere to Quality Management Procedures (QMP) and Work Instructions (WI) as set by the Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Monitor progress on projects and adjust as needed.
  • Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement



Qualifications

Minimum

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Nuclear Medicine or CT Technologist OR Nuclear Medicine or CT Applications Specialist, OR Field Service Engineer.
  • 3-5 years of project management and related experience
  • Proven ability to solve problems creatively
  • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
  • Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
  • Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline

Preferred

Qualifications:

  • Degree in computer science, business, or a related field

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

Working Conditions:

  • Work is performed in a semi-quiet office setting or a noisy warehouse setting. The position involves computer and phone work.
  • Required Travel: 25%

Physical Demands:

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; talk or hear.
