Requirements

Mandatory Requirements

• 
  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• 
  Minimum
  10 years
  of IT Project Management experience.
• 
  Minimum
  2 years
  as a
  Senior Project Manager
  in
  Digital Health within the New Brunswick Public Sector
  .
• 
  Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Preferred Skills & Experience

• 
  5+ years managing large enterprise projects involving multiple business units.
• 
  5+ years of communication planning and stakeholder engagement.
• 
  5+ years of risk management, issue management, change control, implementation, and transition.
• 
  5+ years leading cross-functional teams of five or more resources.
• 
  5+ years managing project schedules, budgets, KPIs, and performance metrics.
• 
  2+ years using Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• 
  Experience briefing executive stakeholders within the Government of New Brunswick.
• 
  2+ years implementing
  Salesforce Health Cloud
  .
• 
  2+ years managing Canadian Provincial Cancer Screening or Public Health Programs.
• 
  Knowledge of provincial health privacy legislation (PHIPA/privacy and security concepts).
• 
  PMP or other recognized Project Management certification.
