Salary Range: $110,000.00 - $128,930.00 Salary, Primary Purpose: The Project Manager II will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of new product commercialization projects, from concept to launch, with a strong focus on R&D based projects. This role requires strong project management skills, a deep understanding of R&D/operations, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches – on time and within scope/budget.

Typical office working environment which includes a workstation equipped with a computer and other office supplies necessary for daily tasks. Typically climate-controlled to provide a comfortable working temperature year-round. Lighting is usually a mix of natural and artificial sources to ensure sufficient lamination.
This is a full-time salaried position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday. Expectations of 45 hours per week, to be worked during normal business hours.

The budgeted salary range for this position is $110,000-$128,930, with a 10% annual bonus potential.
